About Me

I have had a passion for the creative arts since I was a young boy. Whether it was cooking, musical theater, acting, writing, or playing musical instruments, I have always been drawn to creative expression.

At the age of 12, I discovered fencing, beginning a journey that would shape much of my life. Between the ages of 12 and 18, I earned multiple state titles and achieved the highest competitive rating in the United States, becoming a D1 fencer. Throughout my fencing career, I traveled across the country and had the opportunity to fence in Europe, experiences that broadened both my athletic and personal horizons.

Traveling through fencing also sparked another lifelong passion: food. Experiencing different cultures and cuisines inspired me to pursue a career in culinary arts. I began working in professional kitchens at just 16 years old, learning from talented chefs with a wide range of culinary backgrounds. Over the years, I have managed multiple restaurants, and developed a cooking style that blends technique, creativity, and hospitality.

Today, I serve as the Private Chef for Verde Family of Companies, where I create fresh, high-quality meals that bring people together and elevate the workplace dining experience.

Outside of the kitchen, I enjoy fencing, attending musicals, discovering new restaurants, traveling, playing pickleball, and spending time with my wife, Kylee, and our dog, Bee.
