Get to Know Emelia Primm

As the eldest sibling to my brothers, Jeffrey and Sebastian, I adopted a leadership mindset early on, focusing on setting a positive example for them and those around me. My academic journey began at Mott Community College, where I earned my Associate in Business Administration. I then transferred to Eastern Michigan University, graduating with a Business degree specializing in Human Resources.

Prior to joining the team at Verde, I served as the Office Manager for a private speech therapy practice, where I honed my organizational and operational skills. Balancing my professional life with a passion for entrepreneurship, I also own and operate my own balloon and event decor company.

My faith serves as my core anchor, guiding my decision-making process and ensuring my actions remain aligned with my values.

Outside of work, I am an avid foodie who loves exploring new restaurants, attending art shows, traveling with my mom, Lisa, and enjoying relaxing days on the lake. I thrive on staying active and continuously learning, having recently taken up golf and pickleball. I am thrilled to step into my new role at Verde as the HR, Events, and Marketing Manager, where I can blend my creativity and education to foster growth and curate an exceptional culture.
